He is in private practice in San Antonio, Texas, with Ortho San Antonio.  He is the Assistant Program Director for the Rockwood Shoulder and Elbow Fellowship and holds the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor at UTHSCSA. Dr. Hinchey treats all orthopaedic injuries and subspecializes in the treatment of shoulder and elbow issues.
